Anatomical 3D loops show exactly where to begin, where to pause and which muscles do the work — red for primary, pink for supporting. Breathing and tempo are timed for you.

I built StraxFit because none of the training apps I used fit me. None of them asked enough to give me the right exercises: the plans ignored my current limits, how much noise I could make or how much space I had. None told me exactly what to focus on during a rep or which muscles to switch on — the few that explained it expected me to learn every muscle’s name first. And none paid attention to what limits my movement or causes pain.
StraxFit is built to do all of that. Your plan starts from your space, your gear, your noise and anything that hurts, and exercises that would load a painful spot are eased or left out from day one. In every exercise you see the muscles that should work, lit on the moving figure, with a short cue for each rep and what to watch for. If something hurts, you stop that exercise right there, and the next revision of your plan takes it into account.

A plan only helps if you train it, and the first few weeks decide whether that happens. A trial invites you to look around; paying for a month is a small decision to start, and starting is the one part we can’t do for you. It isn’t a way to lock you in: one month is a fair test, and if it isn’t for you, cancel before it renews and you won’t be charged again.
Yes. In the app, open Account → Manage subscription. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing renews after that. Your plans and notes stay in your account if you come back.
Payments go through Paddle, our reseller. If something went wrong, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we’ll look at it. In the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK you can also withdraw within 14 days of your first payment. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Nothing you don’t already have. Tell us where you train and what’s around — a mat, a wall, a chair, a pull-up bar, or nothing at all — and every session is built from that. If your walls are thin, choose silent sessions: no jumps, no drops.
From your answers: your space, your gear, anything that hurts, how much noise you can make, the days you have, your age and your goal. We first narrow our exercise library to what is safe and possible for you; an AI planner then writes your plan from those exercises, and every plan is checked against our rules before you see it. It takes a few minutes, and each month it’s revised from what you log.
Yes — Account → Change answers and rebuild the plan. Your current plan stays until the new one is ready. Essential includes 3 plan builds a month, Plus 6.
No. StraxFit plans exercise; it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. Tell us what hurts and we’ll ease or leave out the exercises that load it — but check with a doctor before you start, stop if something hurts, and with an injury, get clearance from a physio or doctor first.
