Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
The short version. StraxFit writes you a training plan and guides you through it. It isn’t medical advice: check with a doctor before you start and stop if something hurts. You pay monthly or yearly through Paddle, our reseller, and you can cancel any time. Your answers and notes stay yours.
1. Who we are
StraxFit (the website at straxfit.com and the app behind it) is provided by Zebra Solutions DOO (“StraxFit”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms apply when you create an account, buy a subscription or use StraxFit. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. StraxFit is not medical advice
StraxFit plans exercise. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn’t a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist or other professional.
- Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a recent injury or surgery, or any condition that affects how you move.
- Stop if something hurts, feels wrong, or you feel dizzy or short of breath, and get help if it doesn’t pass.
- With an injury, train only after a physiotherapist or doctor has cleared you.
- Train within your limits, in a safe space, with gear that is in good condition and set up properly (a pull-up bar, rings or anything you hang from must be fixed securely).
When you tell us something hurts, we ease or leave out the exercises that load it. That is a precaution, not an assessment of your health.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account and buy a subscription. Children can train with StraxFit only through a parent’s Plus account (see section 4).
- Give us a working e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- An account is for you and, on Plus, the people you add. Don’t share it with anyone else or resell access.
4. People you add (Plus)
On Plus you can build plans for up to three people, including you.
- Your child. You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, you answer the questions for them, and you supervise every session.
- Someone you coach. You need their permission to share their answers with us, they need to be able to read these terms and our Privacy Policy, and you are responsible for how you use their plan with them. If they are under 18, you also need their parent’s or guardian’s permission and the sessions must be supervised.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and answers billing questions. When you pay, you also accept Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- Plans. We offer Essential and Plus, billed monthly or yearly. What each includes and its current price are on our pricing section. Prices are listed in euros; the checkout shows the amount in your currency and adds tax where it applies.
- No free trial. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in the app (Account → Manage subscription) or from the link in any Paddle e-mail. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to you. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will try again for a while and you keep access during that time. If it still can’t be collected, the subscription ends.
- Plan builds. Building a plan takes real computing time, so each plan includes a monthly number of plan builds (your first plan, changing your answers, adding a person): 3 on Essential and 6 on Plus. Monthly revisions, and retrying a build that failed, don’t count.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle as described in our Refund Policy. If you live in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of your first payment.
7. How your plan is made
We narrow our exercise library to what fits your answers, an AI model writes the plan from those exercises, and every plan is checked against our own rules before you see it. Each month the plan is revised from what you log. On Plus, a person from our team also reviews your month.
We take care to make plans that are safe and sensible, but a plan can still contain something that doesn’t suit you. Use your judgement: skip or swap anything that feels wrong, tell us in the app, and contact us if something looks off.
8. Using StraxFit fairly
Please don’t:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape, record or redistribute our exercise library, animations, videos or plans, or use them to build a competing product;
- try to get around limits or security, reverse engineer the service, or access it with bots or scripts;
- use StraxFit for anything unlawful, or put anything unlawful or abusive in your notes;
- sign up in someone else’s name or with someone else’s payment details.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where it’s fair to do so, we’ll warn you first and give you the chance to put it right.
9. Our content and yours
The StraxFit name and logo, the app, the exercise library, animations, videos and texts belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. While your subscription is active, you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial training, including printing your own plan.
Your answers, notes and training history stay yours. You allow us to use them only to provide StraxFit to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to StraxFit
We keep improving StraxFit, so features and exercises will change over time. We work to keep it available, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example during updates or outages. If a change takes away something important you have paid for, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your period.
If we ever close StraxFit, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before and refund any period you have paid for but can’t use.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the app (Account → Delete account). Cancel your subscription first so nothing renews. Deleting the account deletes your plans, answers and notes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
You train at your own risk and are responsible for following section 2. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for loss of business or profit, or for injury that results from ignoring the safety advice in these terms or in the app. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for StraxFit in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Your rights as a consumer
If you use StraxFit as a consumer, you keep all the rights that the consumer law of the country where you live gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when StraxFit or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we’ll e-mail you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then; if you keep using StraxFit afterwards, the new terms apply.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms or your account: [email protected]. Questions about a payment or an invoice can also go to Paddle through the link in your receipt.
